Cherry Tree House resides by York’s city walls. A 10 min walk from the station and a 7 min stroll into the centre of York with all its cultural, historic, gastronomic & shopping delights.

In addition Cherry Tree House is situated just off ‘Bishy Road’ that recently beat 230 contenders to be crowned Britain's Best High Street. Its packed with fantastic independent business to shop and eat. Here are just some of our favourites.

• The Pig and Pastry - for the best breakfast on the planet - make sure you try the breakfast burger, its amazing.

Step Inside Cherry Tree House and you will find a wonderful Hallway that leads first to The Lounge that hosts lovely comfortable sofas ,a Smart TV and an electric Fire. Back through the Hallway you enter the spacious Kitchen that has a wonderful Range Cooker and everything you need to cook with, enjoy your meals at the Homely table and chairs and get lost in the relaxing atmosphere of Cherry Tree House. You will Find a Washing Machine, Fridge Freezer Dishwasher. From The Kitchen you will find a fantastic size Utility room which also hosts a desk area for those that may need to work whilst staying with us. Enclosed from here is a downstairs Cloakroom before the doors that lead to the lovely enclosed courtyard. Outside provides plenty of seating and tables to relax in after a hard day of sightseeing. Space for Pets to roam and feel at home. Upstairs You have a very large King size Bedroom with open dressing area, and ensuite which has a shower toilet and sink. A second Bedroom on this floor is a Good size double which has lots of space. On the top floor is a good sized bedroom that has two single beds. On this floor is also a Bathroom that has a Shower over the bath toilet and sink. The Property comes with free WIFI and is Pet friendly. bed Linen and Towels are Provided, as well as Tea Coffee Sugar.and some Cleaning essentials.

All bed linen and towels are provided. Kitchen essentials including washing up liquid and tea towels are provided for your convenience along with an iron and ironing board

Boots gave a glowing 5* review. He found the Bishy area to be super dog friendly and loved his walks on the Knavesmire.
